
Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3 cup old fashioned rolled oats, uncooked
1 cup raisins
1/2 cinnamon drops (mini chips)

In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
Beat together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well.
Add flour mixture and beat until combined.
Stir in the oats, raisins, and cinnamon drops.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 12-14 minutes for larger cookies, and 10-12 minutes for smaller. Let sit on the sheet for about 10 minutes. Then remove to wire racks. Enjoy!
